Leading For Performance

Do certain employees challenge your leadership? How do you motivate and lead in the face of resistance?

Leadership is a path challenged by obstacles such as complex relationships, conflicting organizational priorities, and demanding superiors and direct reports. This interactive workshop explores the art of purposeful communication and provides a framework for guiding employees toward mutually beneficial goals.

Susan Losapio, Ph.D., and Judy Ringer team up once more to bring you a new experiential training, in which you will increase awareness of your leadership competencies and practice gaining employees’ commitment, trust, and optimum performance.

Gain, reinforce, and practice skills to:
•    Support preferred employee behavior and performance goals.
•    Understand and practice useful feedback techniques.
•    Transform conflict into opportunities to build lasting solutions and high performance teams.
•    Begin to encourage change in unmotivated, resistant employees.
•    Communicate purposefully.

Lunch Included
